Chen Zhiyong

President, Shenzhen Airlines

Chen Zhiyong born in 1963, graduated from Civil Aviation Flight University of China major in Flight Technology.

Mr. Chen joined China Southwest Airlines in 1982 as a pilot. In 1997, he took the position of Head of Chengdu Pilot Division and later became Head of Flight Technology Management Department.

From joining southwest branch of Air China in 2002, he held a number of positions including but not limited to Head of Flight Technology Management Department, Head of Pilot Department and Chief Pilot. In 2009, he assumed the position of General Manager of the company.

In 2012, he was appointed as Vice President of Air China.

In May 2014, he was appointed as President of Shenzhen Airlines and the member of Board of Shenzhen Airlines.
