Sebastian Mikosz is a manager with expertise in business consulting and management. He is an expert on aviation matters.

At LOT's controls for the second time, he was responsible for the implementation of a restructuring process 2013, which has already resulted in financial profitability. He implemented a new management style, company structure and increased cost and income effectiveness. Currently, as LOT’s CEO, he is leading the company in all areas into a period of intensive growth from 2016 and is building ownership and investor relations.

Sebastian Mikosz has a degree in economy and finance from the prestigious IEP Paris. After graduation, he worked for Arthur Andersen in Paris, specializing in investments on the emerging markets.

In his private life, he is passionate about aviation and about France and everything it has to offer. He is married with three sons.
